Cultivate Community

Trust and comfort are at the center of fulfillment. We often forget that self-growth doesn’t only mean a focus on the self. This internal work is powerful and life-changing, but without the help and love from others, we’ll miss out on other parts of growth. When you trust and find comfort in others, you’ll reap not only your personal benefits, but the benefits of your team as well.

Our main focus is to align intention with action, which can mean working towards your personal goals, creating coping systems, and building a life you are grateful and excited to experience. Within this focus, we can create space to include our team in this process. You can find an accountability partner who wants to accomplish a goal just like you. Maybe your coping system includes finding support from others. And an exciting and fulfilling life always includes others.

This external environment and the people who co-habit it all play a part in your personal success. Not only can these people be pivotal in action, but in your mindset, thoughts and speech. While you’re learning to speak kindly to yourself, you also should surround yourself with people who speak in good nature with us. Maybe you have a hard time with compassion and giving yourself the space and grace you need. You can seek wisdom from the people in your life who are an expert at this. When you offer that gift of grace to them, they will one day extend it to you. We want our outside experience to be positive, encouraging and to give opportunities for personal inspiration.

Nonetheless, people change us, for bad or for good. A true commitment to self-fulfillment and alignment means fostering positive and productive relationships. I ask you today to focus your attention towards cultivating a community! Extend gratitude, give out grace, hold space for, and be patient with the people in your life that matter. This trusted community will provide comfort when needed and allow you to continue working towards fulfillment.
