Take a deep breath. In this present moment, find the peace you deserve. Calm your brain with gratitude and give your body the intentional action it deserves. In moments of joy, sadness, overwhelm, or love, it is important to be present. Work towards validating your experience and truly recognize the impact external factors are having on you. Mindfulness is allowing yourself to truly observe your experience.
